The Alt Lohbrügger Hof is a privately run 4-star hotel with around 60 employees in the Hamburg-Bergedorf district! We want to give travelers a piece of Hamburg’s homeland feeling, whether they are traveling on business or discovering our city privately. We work with a love for craftsmanship and with good ingredients from our north.</span

We are looking for personalities who, like our hotel and its surroundings, have character – but above all a great desire to make other people happy.

Mutual appreciation is the basis for the family atmosphere and the feeling of always having an open ear for each other. We work independently in our areas, think outside the box and help each other whenever we can.

RESTAURANT PERSONAL (M/F/D)

Your tasks

  • Greeting and looking after our guests
  • Typical service tasks from preparation to independent management of a station and booking with our Lightspeed cash register system.

HOUSEKEEPER (M/F/D)

Your tasks

  • Cleaning the hotel rooms incl. bathroom and windows
  • Change of bed linen
  • Cleaning the flat linen from the external laundry
  • Transferring the flat linen to the floors
  • Cleaning the public areas, i.e. reception, lobby, restaurant and function rooms
  • Cleaning of public restrooms, i.e. restaurant and banquet
  • Ensure order and cleanliness in the entire hotel area
  • Compliance with hygiene regulations
  • Supporting the other housekeeping employees
  • Full-time, part-time or 520€ basis

Your requirements profile

  • Professional experience in a comparable position advantageous but not necessary
  • Flexibility, friendliness, ability to work under pressure, ability to work in a team and helpfulness
  • Groomed, positive appearance and good manners
  • Willingness to work weekends and public holidays

FRONT OFFICE AGENT (M/W/D)

Your tasks

  • Greeting and welcoming our house guests
  • Check in/check out of hotel guests via Apaleo
  • General reception work and reservation acceptance, correspondence, email, etc
  • Advice and support for our Hamburg tourists (concierge function)
  • Administration and accounting of the cash desk/daily closing/control
  • Room scheduling
  • Full-time: 40 hours/5 days a week or part-time possible
  • Early and late shift (no night shift)

Your requirements profile

  • Multiple years of professional experience in the reception and reservation service of a hotel
  • You have a positive attitude, work in a structured manner and enjoy teamwork
  • You are looking for customer contact and have a pleasant charisma
  • Your language skills: fluent written and spoken German and English

  • Creating a special morning at the breakfast buffet for our hotel guests
  • Full-time or part-time

Your requirements profile

  • You confidently run your own station and enjoy showing our guests a piece of our HeimatLiebe
  • You have a positive attitude, work in a structured manner and enjoy teamwork
  • You seek customer contact and have a friendly charisma
